Need help with weed control?

Back

Scotts® knows that weed control is an important part of good gardening.

Weeds don't just look awful. They compete with your plants and lawn for water and nourishment.

But weed control doesn't have to take away the pleasure of gardening.

Scotts® manufactures and distributes weed control products that are effective killers of unwanted plants and weeds but are kind to the environment.

Kill grass & weeds between pavers, along fence lines & around garden beds.

  • Kill weeds before they seed.
  • Use a glyphosate herbicide that doesn’t poison the soil.
  • Apply the herbicide when the weather is mild and the soil is moist so that the weeds are fresh and actively growing.

Choose a herbicide option that suits your challenge.

Deal with lawn weeds.

Keep lawns well fertilised to reduce the likelihood of spaces opening up where weeds can grow.

Use a selective herbicide that targets broad-leaf weeds.

Warning!Careful.

Most broad-leaf herbicides cannot be used safely on buffalo or similar grasses.

As a general purpose herbicide that kills weeds and fertilises at the same time, use Lawn Builder™ with Weed Kill in spring and autumn.

Do not use on buffalo grasses.

Kill a problem tree.

Which option suits your problem tree?

  • Use stem injection.
  • Cut the tree down and immediately apply herbicide to the cut stump. The area to target is a band around the outer edge of the cut surface of the stump.
  • Cut the tree down and wait for regrowth. Spray the new foliage with herbicide.

Use one of the three Roundup® Concentrates for stem injection.

For hard to kill trees, use Roundup® PowerMAX™ Concentrate.
