Scotts® Lawn Builder™ + Bug & Insect Control Slow Release Lawn Fertiliser is a granular lawn fertiliser with added insecticide. It feeds the lawn while exterminating a range of common lawn pests.

All all types of lawn grass and lawn substitutes.

When to use

Handy tips

Do not be tempted to use more than the recommended amount.

Lawn Builder™+ Bug & Insect Control is best applied in early spring, early summer and in autumn.

Why Lawn Builder™ + Bug & Insect Control works so well

The slow release fertiliser releases nutrients at about the same rate that grass roots can take the fertiliser up so there is no wastage, run-off to waterways or damaging surge growth.

Added Bifenthrin is a low- toxicity insecticide effective against lawn pests.

How to use

Calculate and measure out the amount needed to treat the lawn (14g per m2.) Using a Scotts spreader is strongly recommended. Apply to dry grass and water in immediately.

 

Take care!Be aware!

Do not apply Lawn Builder™+ Bug & Insect Control within 2m of water eg ponds, creeks, dams & drains.

Do not feed lawn clippings from treated areas to poultry or other animals. Wear gloves when handling the product.

Do not apply when the temperature is expected to exceed 30 degrees.

Available in 2.5kg & 4kg, bags.

Note

  • Lawn Builder™ + Bug & Insect Control is not classified as a poison and has very low toxicity to mammals. It won’t harm earthworms in the soil.
  • It is difficult to avoid over-application if applying by hand. If you don’t have a spreader, follow the directions on the packet carefully.
  • This fertiliser has an NPK of 28 : 1.3 : 6.6. It also contains 8.8% sulphur.
