1. How does Hydraflo2 improve drought resistance?
The soil wetting agent in Hydraflo2 allows water to penetrate into the soil so there is less run-off and water wastage. Because the water is distributed evenly through the soil to a good depth, deeper, stronger roots are encouraged to grow.
The Osmocote in Hydraflo2 is released at about the rate that the plants take it up so promoting good strong growth and drought tolerance.
2. Will Hydraflo2 make my soil become water-logged??
No, quite the reverse. Hydraflo2 will break down the surface tension of the water so that it will be readily absorbed into the soil or potting mix, wetting it uniformly. The excess will drain away.
Hydraflo2 is useful for treating areas where water-logging is a problem.
